Iberia said on Friday it requisite more information from suitor Texas soothing Group about its EUR3.4 billion euro (USD$4.6 billion) bid for the airline, echoing remarks it made on Thursday.
"With stares to the information given to Reuters yesterday... the stay... wants more information and minutiae about the scheme, in particular better information about the arrange of the advance with stares to a likely commerce partner," the airline said in a assertion.
A spokeswoman for the airline said on Thursday it had not exposed its books to exclusive justice group TPG and would ask the exclusive justice bidder to name its partners in the compact.
The airline sought to know whether any Spanish companies were partnering TPG in its bid for the Spanish standard hauler, she said.
